Upon request, we can provide our clients with information regarding our technicians including: Passport/Driving License copies; recent criminal records checks; and proof of current address.

Your recent experience just wasn’t up to scratch. No problem! Please get in touch so that we can rectify the issue immediately!
If you are not present during the clean and would like to be notified, we can send you FREE progress updates via whatsapp or skype. We aim to do this every 10-15 minutes. Please discuss this with the technician on the day, or tell us on the booking form.

Can you clean my bicycle without me being present?
Cleaning can sometimes take more than 60 minutes, so you do not need to stay with the technician throughout the process.
For extra peace of mind, simply tell us on the booking form that you want to be notified via Whatsapp or Skype throughout the cleaning. The technician will provide photo and video updates while you relax at home; or when you are busy at work.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We would be grateful if you could let us know about cancellation at least 24 hours before your booking.
If you have booked and paid online, we reserve the right to refund 50% of your original payment if you fail to inform us within the period specified above.

What products do you use when cleaning bicycles?
We use a number of popular brands including (but not limited to) Muc Off, Morgan Blue, Crankalicious, BikeHut, Park Tool and much much more.
We choose each product very carefully in order to achieve optimum cleaning performance.
How can I get more information about becoming a Water Supplier with Bicyclean?
Due to the nature of our business, we need to have a constant supply of hot water from local businesses and residents.
We pay a reasonable fee in exchange for your help; and in most instances this serves as an extra form of income throughout the year.

What is Bicyclean’s weather policy?
In the event of inclement weather, such as sub-freezing temperatures, severe storms, excessive wind, rain, sleet, or hail, Bicyclean will temporarily discontinue services. You will of course be informed on, or just before the day of your booked appointment.
Our scheduling team will work with you to find a more convenient time to schedule your service.

Do you use any Pressure Washers during the cleaning process?
Pressure/Jet washers are too powerful which cause bearing grease to be flushed out, as well as paint to be stripped off the bikes frame.
We do not use pressure washers on any of our cleans.
Will you remove the wheels during the cleaning process?
We currently do not remove the wheels due to legal constraints and liability issues.
For a more thorough clean, we suggest that you remove the wheels for the technician. However, you will be responsible for putting the wheels back on at the end of the cleaning process.
Do you provide a discount for bulk purchases?
Yes we do. We have a number of promotions every month, so please check our website regularly.
What about Repeat bookings?

What are your opening hours?
Mondays - Sunday, 10:00am to 22:00pm.
Opening hours are subject to change without notice.
Do I need to pay online, or can I pay on the day of booking?
For private bookings, you can pay on the day of booking if you wish. Simply click on “Pay Later”.
Please note that we only accept cash if you choose this option.
