The Final Steps
Here are the final steps so that things go as smoothly and as efficiently as possible…
There are 3 things to remember:
1. GET YOUR BICYCLEAN TAG FROM RECEPTION –
It is important that our technician finds your bike fast and easily. On the morning of the clean, collect the RED/PINK tags from the reception desk and place them on your bike. To use the correct tag, please find the one with your name and last 3 digits of your mobile number on the back.
2. REMOVE LIGHTS AND LOCKS –
On the morning of the clean, please make sure you have removed any lights, locks and other fixtures that will impede the speed of the technician. If you fail to do so, this may affect the quality of the clean.
3. LEAVE YOUR BIKE CLOSER TO THE ENTRANCE –
We want to find your bike quickly so that we can get it cleaned on time. This is not compulsory, but please try your best to leave your bike close to the entrance of the storage room.
4. COMPLETING PAYMENT
For those with outstanding payments, the technician cannot complete the clean until money has been paid.
We only accept cash if you’d prefer paying on the day.
