  2. Place a Tag - You’ll need to place a special tag onto your bike which helps the technician to identify it easily. If you’ve booked online, we’ll email you further details. If you’ve booked in person, we’ll hand you a tag straight away.

How can I book for the future cleaning days at IPG?

Bookings go live 10 days before the actual cleaning days. Please set an alarm and make a special note in your calendar.



Can I pay cash on the day?

Yes, you can.

We can only accept cash if you decide to pay on the day.

I usually have my bike locked in the storage room, will I need to come down to unlock it?

Yes, you would need to unlock your bike. This is so the technician is able to move your bike to the cleaning area.

What if I need to cancel the booking?

Our cancellation policy requires customers to cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the cleaning day to be entitled to a refund. Please view our terms and conditions.

Everything looks fully booked, what now?

If we are fully booked, please text the word “IPGMB” to 07422810568. One of our team will contact you (via text) on the day if a space arises.

Alternatively, please speak to one of us on the day of the clean (please do not worry about disturbing us, we are always happy to answer any questions you may have!).

Will the Bicyclean technician let me know when cleaning is completed?

Our technician will send a text message to you when the clean is complete. Please include your mobile number on the booking form; or tell us when booking on the day.

I would prefer if you came to my home. Can we arrange that?

We provide services to clients within the Bicyclean zone. More information can be found here.

I have already booked, but is there anything else I need to do?

  1. Once everything is booked, you will receive an email (usually within 24 hours) explaining the next steps.

    The 3 main Golden Rules are:

    • REMOVE BIKE ACCESSORIES - Make sure you have removed any lights, bells, locks and other fixtures that will impede the speed of the technician. If you fail to do so, this may affect the quality of the clean.

    • USE OUR TAGS - It is important that our technician finds your bike fast and easily. We will email you instructions on where you can find our large tags which you’ll then need to attach to your bike.
